UDMAF Competition Post

I was inspired to do this picture because I love having dramatic contrast. Using a bunch of different pictures to add the grainy texture. The picture was originally a bit blue, so I desaturated it, then added an orange photo filter to get the antique and old look i wanted. The only thing I would do different is getting a picture with a crow, or another darker bird in the tree. To add to the mysterious look.

Walking Animation w/ Motion Tween

One thing I really learned about this project is that you can do many things in black and white that are very interesting. You are able to put a lot more effort in your animation, but still make it seem pretty real. I had a ton of fun with this project, and having the walking animation loop added the ability to add the sun going at a slower speed. It gives the sense of depth with the sun going slower.

Walking Animation

I started with him standing then reviewed my walk, which allowed me to have perspective with my animation. After making the first two steps, i then got rid of the standing still frame, and replaced it with a moving frame. So that is how he loops over and over. I learned that each frame doesn’t need to be perfect, but continuing on and having confidence will help finish the project.
